Shift4 Corporation is the payment services and gateway provider that invented tokenization and provides merchants with simplified credit card processing.

Enabling Shift4 Corporation

To enable Shift4 Corporation, contact your Customer Success Manager and inform them you want to use Shift4 Corporation as your payment gateway. When you contact your Customer Success Manager, ensure you have the following required information:

• Business and/or property name
• Contact name
• Business phone number and contact phone number
• Address

Once you provide this information to your Customer Success Manager, they will reach out to Shift4 Corporation on your behalf. Then, a Shift4 Corporation representative will reach out to the contact you provide to begin the onboarding process. Then, Shift4 provides you with the necessary Sertifi credentials to provide back to your Customer Success Manager.

Your Customer Success Manager then sets up payments in your Sertifi account, and runs test transactions with your team to ensure that everything processes correctly.
